Whether you or your company are planning a private wedding reception, birthday party, an annual picnic or a business meeting, the Deep Run Hunt Club has the ideal setting for entertaining your friends, family and business associates.

Originally founded in 1887, historic Deep Run Hunt Club is a private club situated in the hunt country of eastern Goochland County.  Located just ten minutes west of Innsbrook, the clubhouse overlooks a scenic hillside on more than 160 acres of wooded land and open country.  The main room clubhouse and adjoining terrace accommodate more than 300 guests.  The surrounding grounds are ideal for horse shoes, volley ball, and outdoor barbecues.

Club rentals must be sponsored by members and include use of the main facility and terrace, ample kitchen space for caterers, banquet tables and chairs provided and linen rental available, at a cost of $450 on a Friday or Saturday ($300 for other days of the week) for Club Members, and $2,500 for member-sponsored events on a Friday or Saturday($1,200 for other days of the week) for four rental hours, plus $200 for every additional one hour.  We maintain a file of  information to assist you in organizing your event, including local caterers, entertainment professionals, rental and tent companies.  For summer rentals, the swimming pool and poolhouse are available after regular pool hours.
